Regular Math (Periods 1, 2 and 6)

Chapter 6 (Percents)
Objective:  I will use the simple interest formula to find interest earned or paid, annual interest rates, and amounts paid on loans.

Classroom:  Chapter 6.7 (Simple Interest)
                      Lesson Example # 4 in the TB on page 255.
                      Lesson On Your Own # 4 in the TB on pages 255.

Homework:  Exercise #'s 24 - 30e, 32, 34 and 38-41 assigned in Clever 
                      (Located in the TB on pages 256 & 257).

Notes:  Chapter 6 Unit Test is currently scheduled for next Wednesday, January 31st.

Honors Math (Period 7)

Chapter 5 (Systems of Linear Equations)
Objective:  I will write and solve systems of linear equations by graphing.

Classroom:  Chapter 5.1 (Solving Systems of Linear Equations by Graphing)
                      Chapter 5 Activity #'s 1-4 in the SJ on pages 101-103

Homework:  Exercise #'s 4 - 6 and 25-28 assigned in Clever 
                      (Located in the TB on pages 206 & 207).
