Regular Math (Periods 1, 2 and 6)

Objective: I will apply properties of operations to simplify algebraic expressions.

Classroom: Chapter 3.1 Lesson Examples 3 and 4.
                  On Your Own questions 7-10 in the TB on page 83.                   Exercise #'s 4, 6-10e, 11, 16-20e, 21 and 24-26.

Notes: Chapter 3 Quiz is next Wednesday, October 4th!

Honors Math (Period 7)

Objective: I will find volumes of prisms.

Classroom: Chapter 14.4 Lesson Examples 1-3 in the TB on pages 610 and 611
                  On Your Own #'s 1-3 on page 611
                  Chapter 14.4 Activities 1, 3 and 4 in the SJ on pages 305-307

Notes: Retakes for the Chapter 12 Unit Test are this week.
            Chapter 14 Unit Test is next Thursday, October 5th!
